How to Shop
Ordering from the EZonline Forms is fast and secure. We offer the following payment options; VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Browsing & Searching
For your convenience, we've organized every item in our store into familiar categories: tax forms, computer forms and checks, labels, business printing, and custom printing. Of course, we're always open on the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To get started, select a category by simply clicking on the button of your choice. Browse through the items you see. If you want more information about any item, simply click on the item's number and you will find additional information and a picture for your inspection.

You can also search the entire store by text only. When you see an item that interests you, simply click on the item and you'll be taken to the product description page. You may purchase the item from this page.

Using your Shopping Cart
*To purchase: When you find an item you want, select the item, size and format if applicable, and click on the "Add To Basket" button. Your choice will automatically go into your shopping basket. Click on "Continue Shopping" to go back to the main page and make another selection or click "Checkout" if you're done adding items to your cart and want to finalize your purchase. To view the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time, click "Basket Contents" button on the navigation bar.

*To change a quantity: If you would like to change the quantity in your Shopping Basket, simply change to the desired quantity and press the "Update" button.

*To remove an item: At any time, you can empty your shopping basket or take an item out. To remove an item, just click on "Remove" and the page will be automatically refreshed and your subtotals updated.

*Checkout: When you have everything you want, click on the "Checkout" button and you'll be ready to proceed to our secure area and complete your order.

Choose a Shipping Method
For Domestic orders, we ship by UPS only and you can choose either ground or overnight service. For "Rush Service" at the printing plant, please choose this item from the product list when making your other purchases. An additional charge will apply for this service.

Coupons
Coupons may not be used together. To use multiple coupons you must place separate orders. Use you coupons in the order that gives you the larges discount. For example, if you have a coupon for a 25% discount on a specific item and one for a 15% discount for a first time customer, place your first order for everything except the item with the 25% coupon. Use the 15% coupon and then place a second order for the item with the 25% coupon.

Payment Options
How to place your order with EZonline Forms:

1) Order Securely Online using your credit card. (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover). Your credit card information is safe with us! It is encrypted then transmitted and stored in a secure database. All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars. (International customers note that when paying by credit card, your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement).

2) Call in your order using your credit card at (888) 642 6877,  9AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, Eastern US Time .

3) Fax your printed order form to (603) 880 9209.

4) Mail your printed order form to:

Shipping Options & Costs
All shipping & handling changes listed below will be computed for you at checkout based upon your Shipping Options selection.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days for tax and non-imprinted forms, within 3-6 business days for imprinted forms, of receipt of your cleared payment. (Except for Overnight orders, which are always shipped on the next business day after we receive the order).

Orders paid by checks:
Orders paid by check may be held up to 2 weeks to clear.

Overnight Orders:
All Overnight orders are sent via UPS Red on the next business day after we receive your order. Please allow 24 hours for order processing, overnight shipments may take up to 48-72 hours to reach your destination.

Customs and Import Duties for Foreign orders:
Any customs or import duties that are levied on the ordered package, and/or customs declarations and regulations required once it reaches its final country of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over the application of the charges nor amount of the charges to be levied. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's content by product type. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs forms.

Returns & Refunds:
Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed or your money back. If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) or exchange it for something else.

Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return:

Just call customer service and/or return your order in its original condition and with the invoice if possible. State if you would like a different item, or a refund. We will refund the shipping charges if the order was our mistake or if the item was damaged.

Once we receive the package we will refund the amount on your credit card. If you paid by check or money order, we will mail you a refund within 7 days of the time we receive the merchandise back.

If you request an exchange, the new item will be shipped within 1-3 days of the time we receive the merchandise back.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is charged to customers whose order is shipped to AZ, CT, GA, MA, MO, NJ, NY, RI, WI. Sales tax is only applied to the subtotal of merchandise. You are never taxed on shipping and handling.

Confirming your order:
Your order will not be submitted until you have reviewed its accuracy, and finally click the button "Checkout". A confirmation page will then be presented to you along with an order number. We recommend that you print out a copy and keep it for future reference. Please NOTE: Your credit card statement will show a charge from Jenica Online Sales for your purchase.

Checking the status of your order:
After the order is sent to our computer, we will ship it as soon as possible. If you're unsure whether we have your order, or simply want to track its progress, contact customer service at 1-888-642-6877 during our normal business hours and we will be happy to answer any questions.
